1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PrepCircle ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PrepCircle website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Using Our Service

3.1 Eligibility

4.3 Content Monitoring

We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable. We may remove or hide content based on user reports and our automated moderation systems.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PrepCircle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, or distribute any portion of the Service without prior written consent from us.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information or content provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrepCircle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PrepCircle regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
